These terms cover use of the product catalog and non-binding wholesale enquiries submitted by commercial buyers.

Product information

Catalog names, descriptions, specifications, images, and listing information support an initial trade conversation. They do not replace confirmed specifications or a written quotation for a particular shipment.

Enquiries and quotations

A submitted form is a contact request, not an order or acceptance of an offer. Pricing, quantities, packaging, delivery, payment, and export terms become binding only when separately confirmed in writing.

Availability and delivery

Supply, current availability, destination, lead time, documentation, and delivery terms are confirmed case by case. Buyers should provide the product, quantity, destination, and preferred delivery terms.
